Anger management

Anger is a basic emotion that when channeled properly is useful and valuable. The problem is when people either get angry too often or when they express their anger inappropriately. This course will help you control your anger instead of letting your anger control you.

About the trainer

Sandi Mann is a business psychologist and expert in stress and emotions. She is author of a range of popular work-related psychology books and is a regular contributor to a variety of media outlets on workplace psychology issues. She has written various published articles on anger and is the author of Anger Management in a Week (Hodder).
