Action planning and target setting
Effective planning is the key to delivering effective activities and services. When done well, it gives clarity to all involved and helps teams and organisations achieve great results.
This course aims to improve your action planning processes and help you set coherent and motivating targets so that you can deliver more successful services to your users and recognise everyone’s contribution to your organisation.

- Simple methods for measuring achievements against targets
- How to monitor progress
- How to use targets to manage own, and colleagues’, performance
- How to use action plans in team meetings, appraisals and supervision
