Personal coaching for senior managers is a proven and invaluable method of guiding and supporting people, enabling them to change, grow, adapt and improve to meet the challenges which existing and new roles and situations bring.

Our coaches are handpicked, and sessions are specifically tailored to meet the requirements of the individual. Each session would usually last around two hours, with four sessions per person recommended.
